- Check your payment history including the categories of merchants, time of payment, etc.

● Lock your card
- In case of loss, you can pause your card on the app to prevent anyone else from using your balance.
- If you find your card back, you can unpause it to start using it again.
- If you cannot find your card, you can visit the WOW Exchange machine to reissue a new card that contains your old card's balance.

- You need to verify your card ownership via the mobile app to withdraw the card balance in cash or reissue a card.

passport verification is very difficult. I was able to process it the first time when I registered my card and used it back in May. I'm visiting again, and so I wanted to top up, but it is now asking me to verify my passport again!!!!! Super inconvenient! And why is it that the maximum allowance to top up within a month only $800???

Its good when it works. Its a little confusing as its like a bank card, with a second travel account on it. You can pay for things in stores or use the second account and pay for transport. However topping up payment is exhausting, often can only by cash, and not all stores. The travel card part is topped up by topping up the main account and then hoping the app decieds its going work long enough to transfer money over. Too complicated for what it should. This is across both Android and IOS.

There's no remove card option to add another card without invalidating the first card 🫠. The control is done at the issuance of the card. Not the management of the card on the app. You can enforce a card cannot be added onto 2 accounts or an account cannot have concurrent log in or the card cannot be added to an account which does not match the original identity at issuance. But invalidating it is just making it difficult for first time users who do not know how it works
