Pay-to-win. I've played the game for almost a year now, and I am so disappointed with the developers. They don't care about their players or community. They only care about your money. "Yay," more exotic, hyper whatever it's called—time to spend more money. Where's the content? Instead, all you developers have been doing is adding more exotics, buildings, mechs, etc., but no new content. This includes more gacha events for us to gamble. Very disappointed

Game isn't great, customer service is even worse this game isn't as active or half as fun as the ads make it seem. And if you play and decide you no longer want to play and want to delete your account, they send you through the ringer of getting you account and information deleted. Everytime I fulfill a request to proceed with the deletion of my account, they add something new that needs to be done before they delete the account.

It is so ridiculous that not putting your shield up for a few hours means you come back to a decimated troop count, so you can't even do the normal gameplay for days unless you speed up healing and making new troops. It's a very pay to win game model. If it weren't for that type of thing and the forced need to be in a guild, it would be a pretty decent mobile game.
