Initially, I had so much fun playing this game. Yeah, it is pay to win, even to get a good character you have to pay. The game is money grabber from building, characters, to leveling up. Take your time, join an alliance to build faster, and spend money only to purchase the characters if you want to. Don't spend to buy anything else because higher level characters who spent $$$ will attack the lower levels (los 3rs). Other than that, good game and enjoy.

Pay-to-win. I've played the game for almost a year now, and I am so disappointed with the developers. They don't care about their players or community. They only care about your money. "Yay," more exotic, hyper whatever it's called—time to spend more money. Where's the content? Instead, all you developers have been doing is adding more exotics, buildings, mechs, etc., but no new content. This includes more gacha events for us to gamble. Very disappointed

Game isn't great, customer service is even worse this game isn't as active or half as fun as the ads make it seem. And if you play and decide you no longer want to play and want to delete your account, they send you through the ringer of getting you account and information deleted. Everytime I fulfill a request to proceed with the deletion of my account, they add something new that needs to be done before they delete the account.
