Ratings and reviews

Bus service is great, and I have no issues getting ahold of tickets or using them. However, it makes absolutely no sense to me that there are TWO bustang apps. For some reason, this app requires you to register an account which the other one does not. They both function the same, except that certain routes are excluded from each of them. For what should be a pretty simple trip from Ft Collins to Steamboat, I have to juggle two different apps and two different ticket portals?! Why!?

Annoying and difficult to use app. If you click on "Buy tickets" it doesn't actually take you to the screen to buy a ticket. I sent them a message asking them to show the real time location of the buses on the app so I'm not waiting an hour for a bus that already passed and they sent a pre-written response that said nothing about my suggestion.

Not all the routes are available on the app, the website sucks and they made it so you cant buy tickets online without having this app. Very frustrating experience trying to get the app to communicate with the website. And you cant buy the ticket online without making them talk. Wish I could give less stars than one👎
