Not all the routes are available on the app, the website sucks and they made it so you cant buy tickets online without having this app. Very frustrating experience trying to get the app to communicate with the website. And you cant buy the ticket online without making them talk. Wish I could give less stars than one👎

The bus service is great, the app is awful. Can no longer log in to use it at all. Support email is also broken so who should I send the error codes to?

Embarrassing just like this entire mickey mouse operation. Can't keep schedules, toilets don't, WiFi never works and nobody takes any responsibility for anything. Been left stranded overnight several times and am afraid to board without sleeping bag and gear to survive a night outside
