Ratings and reviews

MyDTA stopped working. After months of using this app successfully, it won't let me buy tickets. I can use my card fine on eBay or gas stations (which I've done today), so it's not my card. It charges my card, says there's an error, and refunds me.

Cannot transfer already used 31 days passes or even unused 31 day passes and that's really inconvenient for people that get Bus passes for free every month. That's like saying for paying customers only thats something that should be fixed so once it is ill give the app a better review...

I like being able to add funds through the app so I don't have to do it at the DTA, and it's nice being able to scan the QR code with my phone on the bus.
