The initiative is good, but there are a lot of things that need to be worked on. For instance, why not have all items organised according to the product type. For instance, soft drinks should all be in one folder or section, so when I click, I see all the software drinks you have, and same goes for other products. Organise them other than allow all items scattered on the explore page. Secondly, the search icon isn't working. When i click on search, it doesn't bring up search pane for me to type.

It's unbelievable how unusable this app is. Before now it was barely usable but since the last update it's become even worse. I can't view details of products, you click and you get a blank page. You put products in the basket and you click to proceed to payment and it just keeps trying to load forever without success. I will advise you scrap this thing and come up with something better and that actually works seamlessly. Please do better, emulate Amazon, your app is your advert to the world.

The worst app on Playstore. I downloaded the app with a lot of optimism, but was very disappointed. I can't find my loyalty balance on the app, but if I collect a physical receipt in their store, the loyalty reward balance would be there.
