It's a dud. It says to select a device and then it's stuck. A spinning/waiting thing. I've reinstalled it, restarted my phone and so on. Sorry, it's simply a dud. Not worth 1 star. Disappointing. I expected something like the Samsung app.

First, being the elec tech I am, I had to repair a brand new purchase, due to haphazard manufacturing. Now, even though an app exists, it doesn't even open. I only keep them because they do function. Supposed to be bass part upon a double tap, but you couldn't proof that by me. I had to send my extremely wonderful $ 6k by hearing aids to be repaired after 10 years. These "TOYS" will tide me over until their return. I'll find some low end customer to give them to, who might think they are the bes

It's useless. This app doesn't work. The spinning circle in the screen to select the devices keeps spinning and spinning and nothing happens. Downloading and trying to use this app is a waste of time.
