- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

Terrible app. Terrible options. I've only had an account for 2 days and can already tell it's not worth the money. I have a hard time believing they've actually had that many marriages come from this app. I already canceled auto-renewal and am now trying to get a refund. Still waiting for a response.

The most shocking dating app I have ever encountered/experienced! I paid for one month after seeing your offer, which was priced in US dollars. I live in the UK and naturally expected to pay the Stirling equivalent. instead you took the US dollar amount and charged me the same digits in Stirling! That is beyond unacceptable. I have written to you three times and I have been completely ignored. To add to this, JWed then locked me out of my account and I'm unable to use the app. Terrible!!

impossible to cancel Premium membership. I am still in process of changing from Premium to Free membership. Can someone please change my status and return payments automatically taken by Jwed.
