- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

B"H the worst scam app I have ever encountered they had a promotion for the pro version for $16. I payed for one month it was pretty bad, because the limit the profiles you can see even with the highest pro subscription but the worst part is they auto enabled auto renew without telling you, and one month later I got a surprise fee for $37!!!! like 2 weeks of groceries for me I emailed ALL of their support emails immediately dozens of times, begging them for a refund, no one ever responded!

Doesn't look good, it's like a scam, nothing is serious about this app, very bad app, & support, not recommended, ignore the app, worst nightmare app & customer service! IGNORE JWED!!!!

The most shocking dating app I have ever encountered/experienced! I paid for one month after seeing your offer, which was priced in US dollars. I live in the UK and naturally expected to pay the Stirling equivalent. instead you took the US dollar amount and charged me the same digits in Stirling! That is beyond unacceptable. I have written to you three times and I have been completely ignored. To add to this, JWed then locked me out of my account and I'm unable to use the app. Terrible!!
