Trayscape is a museum day planner for self-guided visits that helps you arrange wooden room tokens in velvet tray lanes for planned, seen, and skipped gallery stops. The Tray tab presents your day as three recessed felt lanes, with Planned, Seen, and Skipped stops resting as slim wooden tokens with color-coded felt bases. Above the lanes, small brass label counters give you an immediate view of how many stops are in each state. From the Add tab, you can quickly create a new gallery stop by entering a short object title, a gallery room name, a visit state, and an optional personal note. Every stop you add is saved locally on your device, so your notes and route remain available without a cloud account or sign-in. You can edit any stop whenever your plans change, whether you want to adjust a note, move a stop to a different room, or change its state from Planned to Seen. If a stop no longer belongs in your day, you can delete it directly from the tray or from a room list. The Rooms tab groups your gallery stops by room name and shows a count for each room, allowing you to tap a room and expand the related stops in a simple list. The Search tab performs a local text search across object titles, room names, and notes, so you can quickly find a specific artwork or memory cue while you are inside the museum. When no results match your search, a plain empty state keeps the experience calm and clear. The design uses terracotta, olive, and slate felt base stripes instead of check marks, giving each stop a quiet, tactile museum-gift-shop feel. Seen tokens sit slightly lower and appear softly desaturated, helping you recognize completed stops at a glance. The dashboard counters are engraved white numerals set into small brass label frames along the upper tray rim, which keeps your visit summary readable without feeling like a standard productivity app. Because Trayscape stores everything locally, your planned route and personal notes stay private and accessible even when you have no data connection. Whether you are an independent visitor, a culture tripper, or a student keeping lightweight visit notes, Trayscape helps you shape a focused, memorable route through any gallery or cultural site.
