Nothing to do with service, I have not used their service. Just I registered and then I decided not to use their service, so I can't delete my profile. So all the data they collected they can keep. Not fair use.

Updated the rating to 5* based on prompt response and resolution by fabric spa bad service. 2nd APR was committed delivery. Today is 5th April. There is no communication on delay. Hoping I will get my clothes back. Will never use this app and service again. Use it at your own risk.

Absolutely unreliable service! I have had pickups canceled multiple times without any intimation. The email sent by them says 'customer cancelled the pickup'!! They don't operate on Sundays but haven't corrected that on their app. I got a call the day after the pickup date and the person says they'll come shortly. Guess what, no one turned up for the pickup, and now my order is cancelled. Such an unreliable and shoddily managed service!
