won't accept my email address and password. says it's incorrect even though I have never used it. very disappointed. i feel I've been conned as all it does now is work like any other weighing scales. There are no apps.

Wish I could rate as zero. absolutely ridiculous. can't even use the scale for the function that you buy it for because you need an app with a username that you cannot create.

SCAM-DOES NOT CONNECT! Its a ploy to get you to pay top dollar for a scale that you can otherwise get for 1/2 price or less!
