Clean interface, easy to navigate, but the app needs work. You can "back out" all the way to the sign in page, which is annoying if you accidentally do that and you're just trying to see updates about your child. The photos take FOREVER to load. I wish it would actively refresh the feed instead of having to pull it down to get new posts. The app just wastes a lot of your time needlessly.

Edited 2/3/20: customer service has been very responsive, going above and beyond to help fix the issues I've been experiencing. Terrible app, I wish my child care center used someone else. Android app has done nothing but crash since last update; photos take too long to load (if they load at all). Unable to view invoice, only a summary statement of what's due. Unweildly and time consuming to use at all unless on wifi...which is not always available.

I really enjoy the features that this app has. However, I wish the notifications were more flexible. For example, I get a message and clicking on the notification takes me to the app and that's it. No badge on the icon nor badge on messages inside of the app. It'd be nice to have notifications for new pictures and things like that. Also sometimes, the app can be slow to load pictures. Overall, it's a decent app and has room for improvement. I'd recommend it to anyone.
