Great features, needless clicks. I love how one app is useful for parent communication and seeing how my son is doing all day. However, the check-in process is incredibly tedious: it takes a long time and many, MANY more clicks than are necessary (select field, scroll on multiple inputs, click confirm). Recommendations: have app remember previous selections, and don't require us to "confirm" every single input.

I really enjoy the features that this app has. However, I wish the notifications were more flexible. For example, I get a message and clicking on the notification takes me to the app and that's it. No badge on the icon nor badge on messages inside of the app. It'd be nice to have notifications for new pictures and things like that. Also sometimes, the app can be slow to load pictures. Overall, it's a decent app and has room for improvement. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Edited 2/3/20: customer service has been very responsive, going above and beyond to help fix the issues I've been experiencing. Terrible app, I wish my child care center used someone else. Android app has done nothing but crash since last update; photos take too long to load (if they load at all). Unable to view invoice, only a summary statement of what's due. Unweildly and time consuming to use at all unless on wifi...which is not always available.
