Ratings and reviews

The app features is so less and some of it not usefull. Sleep data is not accurate. Doesn't show enough detail. The connection to the watch will keep disconnect. Data statistics is not real time. Dial has so little to choose from and took long time to sync to the watch, you need to keep the watch "active" else it will failed to sync. Using the app make me feel like being paid to be a lab rat. =(

Not syncing properly, stop syncing at night. I need to disconnect and reconnectthe device to sync all data every morning. Lack of flexibility and control, can't change timing of "Do not disturb mode". No oxygen level statistics in the dashboard. Wrong text reflects on notification, confusing. Characters are too slow, look forward to have adjustable text size. Hope, they can fix those issue.. If not you just wasted your money.

Watch has software issues - It is unable to display emoji properly, it'll show up as random Chinese characters. It would be nice to change Font Size and Type for message reading. When taking SPA2, Temperature, screen should not black out until the reading is captured. Have to keep taping the watch or else it'll reset. Music function UI is reversed - Play is pause snd pause is play. Overall satisfied with the watch, but definitely require a lot of polishing up.
