love it! essentially free with library cards! my few cons mostly have to do with accessibility the app is a bit hard to navigate, there doesn't seem to be a way to edit the CCs be comfortable reading. I love the selection of more indie or oldies - lot of good gems of movies I've never heard of!

Stable app, amazing collection. Especially good for people interested in classics and history making film from the past, or cool niche indie stuff. They have a ton of mainstream fan favorites too, I just have never seen those other categories represented like this on any other service. Great documentaries and entertainment. Go get a library card and start watching!

Kanopy is a great resource if your library offers it, giving you access to a ton of free movies and TV shows in all genres, as well as documentaries and kids programming, all with no ads. The video quality is good. the only drawback and the reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that video playback is in portrait mode only. This is fine if you're watching on a tablet, but absolutely miserable on a phone. Wish they'd fix this, but it doesn't seem like it's gonna happen.
