Built around continuity, Kantoko helps you stay engaged at every stage of treatment — from your first assessment through to ongoing care — with tools that keep you connected and informed between visits.
With the Kantoko app, you can view and join appointments, complete pre-visit check-ins, review past appointment information, view current and past medication information, and stay in touch with your care team.
Key features include:
• Appointments: View your upcoming and past appointments in one place. Appointment cards show your clinician, appointment type, date and time. When it is time for your appointment, you can join directly from the app.
• Pre-visit check-ins: Complete structured check-ins before appointments so your clinician has relevant information ahead of your visit. Check-ins may include multiple-choice questions, rating scales and written responses, helping you reflect on symptoms, treatment progress and concerns before your appointment.
• Post-appointment reviews: After appointments, you may be prompted to provide feedback about your experience. This helps Kantoko understand how care is going and improve the patient experience over time.
• Medication information: View your current and past medications in one place. The app helps you keep track of treatment information connected to your care, while prescription-related actions are managed securely through Kantoko's connected patient systems.
• Health details and records: Access important health details and medical records through secure in-app views connected to Kantoko's patient platform.
• Messages and notifications: Access care team messages, system notifications and important updates through your inbox. Unread badges help you see when something needs your attention.
• Secure sign-in: Sign in with your Kantoko account. The app supports secure session handling and biometric authentication, including Face ID, Touch ID or device biometrics where available.
• Profile and account settings: Manage key account details, including personal information, contact details, password, multi-factor authentication settings, notification preferences and timezone.
