Karen Zárate is a certified Mexican trainer who has trained and certified at various institutions: Australian College of Sports and Fitness, Clean Health Institute, Barca Innovation Hub, BC Academy, Human Performance Centre, and Lifters League.
Thanks to her unique way of teaching and preparing exercise beginners into skilled students, she has built a community of people who want to look and feel #BetterThanYesterday.
With the goal of improving the quality of her service as a trainer, Karen and her development team have worked for several months to create a training tool that is simple, effective, and easy to understand and learn, and that's how Progreza was born.
Routines/Training
Choose your preferred program, for the gym or home, at the level that best suits your training experience: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Pro, and soon, Super Pro, and according to your goal.
These programs will always be available; you don't need to wait for enrollment to open up. Each program is based on scientific evidence and designed by Karen.
Karen Zárate's Personalized Plans will also be available, with limited spots and availability each month.
Progressive Overload
"What isn't measured can't be improved." That's why Progreza has a system that allows you to record ALL the weights you use while training (in lbs or kg). This data can be accessed at any time, allowing you to keep a complete record of your progress.
HEAD
A unique tool for tracking the four fundamental pillars of progress: Hydration, Training, Nutrition, and Rest.
A calendar that uses different colors (Red, Yellow, and Green) provides a more visual way to see what you "need to improve" to reach your goals.
Exercise Library
An extensive library to help you learn the correct technique for each exercise in your plan or program. There are over 500 exercises, described step by step, plus a demonstration video. This library will be one of the most powerful resources of this mobile app and will be constantly updated for all students.
My Progress
A section where you can upload photos (which only you can view) to track your physical progress, as well as a section that will keep a record of all the weights used in each of your programs or plans throughout your time using Progreza.
