About this app

This is the field app for WorkEntre — the job management platform your
company runs. Dispatch schedules the work in the WorkEntre console; this
is the half you carry.

Open it in the van and your day is already there: the jobs assigned to
you, in order, with the address, the contact and the notes from
dispatch. Tap the one you're at, start the timer, get on with it. What
you record here lands on the office board as it happens — one system,
two sides, no re-keying.

YOUR DAY, AT A GLANCE
- Today's jobs in the order you'll do them, with times and addresses.
- Job status is obvious at a distance: scheduled, in progress,
completed, on hold. Anything running late is flagged, not buried.
- Full job detail on one screen — customer, site notes, what dispatch
wants done.
- Completed jobs move to their own tab, so today's list stays today's.

TIME THAT TRACKS ITSELF
- Start a timer when you begin. It keeps counting while you work, even
if you close the app.
- Log travel separately from work, so your hours reflect the drive too.
- Log work after the fact when you forgot to hit start — it happens.
- Durations are recorded to the minute and carry straight onto the
report.

REPORTS FILED FROM SITE
- A guided six-step job report: safety checks, work carried out, parts
used, photos, notes, sign-off.
- Add photos as you go — before, after, and the thing you want on
record.
- Capture the customer's signature on the phone and close the job
properly.
- Submit and it's with the dispatch desk in seconds. No end-of-week
catch-up, no lost job sheets.

BUILT FOR REAL SITES
- Works without signal. Start jobs, log time, write reports and take
photos underground, in a plant room, or out in the middle of nowhere.
- Anything written offline is queued and sent the moment you're back on
a connection, and you can see exactly what's still waiting.
- Big, glove-friendly buttons and type you can read at arm's length in
daylight.
- Light and dark, following your phone.

PART OF THE WORKENTRE PLATFORM
WorkEntre runs the whole job: a customer's request, the visit it turns
into, the specialist assigned, the report that closes it, and the parts
ordered along the way. Your office works that from the web console —
assigning jobs, watching them move, reviewing reports as they land. This
app is where the work actually gets done and recorded.

It's trade-agnostic: heating, electrical, refrigeration, facilities,
grounds, plant. Your company defines its own job types and job titles,
and the app speaks in their words, not ours.

WorkEntre is provided by your employer, and this app needs an account on
their WorkEntre workspace. Sign in with the details they gave you and
your jobs are waiting. No account yet? Ask your office to add you.
