Very poor app. Many days, purchase transactions aren't possible due to some random errors. Also, we can not see profit, gain details, how many units are eligible for long-term capital gains, etc. MFs should opt out from them. Edit: Hopeless app: slow speed, inconsistent OTP, my transaction was pending for 48 hours, now executed on 3rd day. Kudos. Edit: Still, we can not see units eligible for long-term capital gains.

Again on request of Kfinkart, I have tried to log in but faced the same challenge. even I have uninstalled and installed the app but issue is not resolved.(Old Post: I am trying to Login through App but it always shows incorrect login ID/ Password. I am trying to reset, it shows error). kindly resolve. please let your team to connect with me. matter is still pending even after uninstalling and installation again

Sooo many bugs. Useless app. I doubt even the developers would use this. Pathetic! Edit- The developers responded saying that they have fixed the issue. LOL! They never asked me what issue I was facing. And I do not see any issues fixed. This is what happens when you hire incompetent people. Edit 2- These guys gave me an email id to contact them. It has been 1 week since I mailed them about the bug. Let alone solving the problem, they have not even replied anything. Awful app, awful team!
