Edit: My review went from 5* to 3* and now this... I'm uninstalling and never using the app again. There's no way I keep facing the same issue every time I order a driver, and the worst part is I get a fee for an error that's not mine!! 1- No taxis are evee available in the mornings, I have to use a different app 2- For the past 2 weeks, I have a 30 min to 1 hour delay because either my taxi decides to take a different route than the one on the map, or they decide to mark that (wow type limit)

Not helpful at all. Every time you need to use the MetroExpress, it’s unavailable. You’ll see all the MetroExpress cars parked at Legtaifiya Station, but none are actually in service. This is especially inconvenient during the summer. On top of that, many areas in Lusail are not accessible by bus, making transportation even more difficult.

in general the app is good and karwa cars are clean and reliable. only issue is the area maps the drivers rely on often send cars in wrong direction which ends up costing you more than it should for the ride . if the driver has poor location knowledge this can be a big issue for the new drivers
