App is extremely easy to navigate and user friendly. Having the ability to select type conveyance is an added plus. You are able to select from a standard taxi up to a business limo if prefered with a few other car selections in between allowing you a choice for what's best for your needs... The real time tracking of the nearest available car based on the selection you choose is really and helpful...

App is very poor, you can not make multiple destination trip or book a trip to one of your contacts so the contact receive the ride information via SMS like Uber. Even when you try to change the pick-up location while requesting a ride, it's too skitchy

Absolutely terrible useless app. Slow. Bad interface. Much more expensive than uber. Can't chat with driver inside the app, can't put locations and instructions clearly and unless the driver keeps calling you, they won't find u.
