Absolutely useless app.Even though kast virtual card provides the facility, the payment decline fee is a very bad side Sometimes if there is a net problem or low balance, the payment does not succeed, but kast deducts the decline fee there. Its fee is very high, so from my personal experience I will say that instead of using kast, find an alternative way. Brother, here u have to buy a card with your own USDT, and again they charge so much. This is really a bad side

Kast card is very simple and fast, it worth using it but last days I face issues it cuts my deposit balance and shows negative balance, as far as I know even if transaction declined due to balance must return the rest amount except failed transaction fees but no luck. I think the team might investigate such kind issue. I can provide info if you're support team asked.

One of the worst Neo Bank service I have ever experienced. I have spend 10 of thousands of dollar using their premium card and collect more than 2000 usd worth of kast point. And then suddenly they freeze my account. Even though I provided all of the required documents, they still block me from using their service. That's not even my problem.
