Ratings and reviews

I use several digital wallets, but this is by far one of my favorites. The virtual card is wonderful with virtually no processing fees, and it has integrated virtual accounts for receiving payments and Payments in local currencies are fast and have competitive rates. I hope they're here to stay. Note: If you set up a P2P marketplace within the platform, it will be perfect.

Customer support responds quickly but not really thoroughly. A friend of mine got his account frozen, after routine expenditures. And they just keep him in the dark, say they need more time researching what the problem is, first 3 days, then suddenly 14 days. Based on other reviews this is a common theme. The app itself is pretty okay so 2 stars

Kast card is very simple and fast, it worth using it but last days I face issues it cuts my deposit balance and shows negative balance, as far as I know even if transaction declined due to balance must return the rest amount except failed transaction fees but no luck. I think the team might investigate such kind issue. I can provide info if you're support team asked.
