KatoliGuides is developed by the KatoliQuotes team, a small team of Catholics dedicated to evangelization through digital media. Originally founded as a Facebook page in June 2020, it was then used as a project for the Missions 2.0 program. The goal of the KatoliQuotes page and the KatoliGuides app is to inspire everyone to become saints by showcasing the life of the holy men and women. The team believes that everyone is called to become saints.

Through launching this app, the team believes that Catholics will be closer to God because it is easier for them to pray.
