Haven't updated to the new version yet, but I figured I'd go ahead and give my experience. I have no idea how so many people had errors and issues with Kazoo, at most it just logged me out if I didn't open it for a few weeks, never crashed, never had to make a new password, nothing like that. Everything was smooth, and the only genuine issue was on my company's part as they hadn't setup everyone's employee IDs yet so no one could login. Wonderful app and top tier incentive.

About once a month I have to delete the app and reinstall to open it. The app works at first, then comes the day it says "something happened" and to try again later. clear cache/force stop/check for updates/phone cycled - the only thing that temporarily gets past the error is to uninstall the app, reinstall and sign in again. I suggest adding a "send error report" option to your crash screen

App doesn't work sometimes. Points balances start fluctuating for no reason. Available rewards options completely disappear (ex: gift cards). Very frustrating app. When I try to show coworkers how to use it and some of the features are missing, it doesn't make the app very appealing. Needs better and faster monitoring and updates. Latest update to shop rewards absolutely sucks! Links to browser and freezes up.
