The KBC Sign for Business app enables business and corporate customers to log in securely and to validate and sign transactions and documents in the KBC Business Dashboard.

The KBC Sign for Business app keeps your KBC Business Dashboard secure, letting you use your phone to easily and securely log in and to validate and sign transactions and documents. It's not an e-banking app, but a security app.

How does it work?
To log in to the e-banking application on your PC (or Mac), navigate to the application's login page and select ‘KBC Sign’ as your login method. After entering your ID code, a unique QR code appears on your computer screen. When you read this QR code with the KBC Sign for Business app and enter your five-character code on your phone, you can access the KBC Business Dashboard on your PC (or Mac). Simple, straightforward and secure. The same process applies for validating and signing online transactions and documents.

Requirements
You don't need any additional hardware or software for your PC (or Mac). All you need is the KBC Sign for Business app on your phone and an Internet connection.

For business owners: you can request the codes for activating KBC Sign for Business from your KBC Bank branch or the administrator of your KBC-Online for Business subscription.

I'm trying to login to the business dashboard on Windows. So I chose to login with this app. On the website the instructions write to go to "Menu", open "My profile" and confirm with my PIN. I do so and I get back my client ID, which is already printed on my debit card. I enter this client ID as a login ID on the website, and nothing happens, the continue button remains disabled. What am I doing wrong?!

Pathetic app permissions. If your phone or tablet is rooted then forget using this. The developers think that everyone who has a rooted phone must be criminals because of your phone is rooted, this app will not allow you to use it. Note to KBC and their app developers...rooting a phone does not make a person a crook, scam artist, etc...rooting a phone gives us users freedom over our phones...i bet there are people working for KBC that have rooted phones...Shame on KBC...

Suddently the app no longer works and requires an update. Without any prior warning.
