Our app will also help you every step of the way with your home plans, whether that’s buying a property, renovating or making energy-efficient improvements. For example, you can get an idea of all your renovation costs with the help of ā€˜Setle’ or have solar panels installed through ā€˜Impact us Today’.

KBC Mobile also has lots of other neat features that you can use for doing things, such as personalising your accounts by adding a photo, hiding amounts on screen for more privacy and customising your start screen to suit your needs. If you’re keen to learn more about financial matters, the app has informative articles on key financial topics – concise, clear and relevant to you. And, of course, our digital assistant Kate is also on hand to assist you. Just tap the search bar at the top of the app’s screen and ask your question.

I hit a bug when I accidentally requested a prepaid card and found no way to cancel it. A support person cancelled it, but I still got notifications, so the cleanup was incomplete. They told me to reinstall, except... Once I did that, I discovered the app wants my location and access to my device's apps, "for my safety". I was home for the holidays, so obviously my location wouldn't be in Belgium. I was left abroad without a working app. No indication that the actual bug will ever be fixed.

Was using this on a secure cloud Android cause it won't run on my phone directly, but now suddenly started claiming I can't login or activate there anymore and to call Secure4u at plus32, 16, 432, 000... Ducking Belgium chips apps...

I've never had any issues with this app until these last few weeks when I've tried to make internet purchases and the webpage won't toggle into the app for payment. When I put card info I get three choices, app, itsme or with the card reader. If I try the app again, I can see the gears and my info won't load so I'm forced to use the card reader which is very annoying. I don't know if the problem is with the Firefox app or the KBC app šŸ¤”
