If you already have a current account with us, you can use our Mobile app to the full. You’ll get access to MyMobility, your very own hub for everything mobility-related. If you already own a car or are looking for a new or second-hand model, you’ll find a clear overview, inspiration and useful tools for your mobility in this one place. Our app will also help you every step of the way with your home plans, whether that’s buying a property, renovating or making energy-efficient improvements. For example, you can get an idea of all your renovation costs with the help of ‘Setle’ or have solar panels installed through ‘Impact us Today’.

KBC Mobile also has lots of other neat features that you can use for doing things, such as personalising your accounts by adding a photo, hiding amounts on screen for more privacy and customising your start screen to suit your needs. If you’re keen to learn more about financial matters, the app has informative articles on key financial topics – concise, clear and relevant to you. And, of course, our digital assistant Kate is also on hand to assist you. Just tap the search bar at the top of the app’s screen and ask your question.

You can even check your account balance on your smartwatch (Wear OS).

I hit a bug when I accidentally requested a prepaid card and found no way to cancel it. A support person cancelled it, but I still got notifications, so the cleanup was incomplete. They told me to reinstall, except... Once I did that, I discovered the app wants my location and access to my device's apps, "for my safety". I was home for the holidays, so obviously my location wouldn't be in Belgium. I was left abroad without a working app. No indication that the actual bug will ever be fixed.

Never had any problems, other than the app false flagging my phone as being rooted. Temporarily giving it one star for exposure, app keeps crashing since last update. Edit: 3 months on and still no update. Keeps crashing at "Identity Control", regardless the manner of input of information. This is a bank app. With branches disappearing left and right, the more we rely on these apps. The least you can do is read the crash logs. Seems like version 25.8.0 works on my device (S24U), but not unsigned

This banking app has been one of the more user friendly ones I've used, but recently it has become jarred with all kinds of unnecessary options... the most recent 'addition' includes a score tracker for the national football league on the main screen... if I want to see the scores... please, stick to banking, if I want to see sports scores, I'll get the appropriate app for that... or at the very least make these "functions" optional instead of sticking them to your main menu...
