Used to work pretty good, but then KBC decided to make it look like an app for 15 year old kids. Randomly changing background images, the most used features are hidden behind funny looking icons. Since this change. It's also a bit buggy. QR scan didn't work anymore in the first release.
Nothing to complain about. It works. It's simple. I've never had any issues. Edit- Still works, but the new UI wastes a lot of space on the screen, and background images are needless. They wanted to make the app more "modern" and nicer looking, I'm sure, but all they did was needlessly clutter it up.
Excellent banking app. Probably one of the best, period. Nothing to add, just maybe make transfers a bit "quicker" by using a bigger shortcut/button? SumUp integration would be cool, too, but not a necessity.
The older version let me see much more info,maybe even 10 lines.Now the upper screen is useless photo and on the bottom blue round block the numbers. You end up with minimal info on your screen. Silly update to very nice app. And the pin code buttons are so big, every astronaut can see my password . Very upsseting app, that used to be good long ago.
Issues with logging on over WiFi, constant disconnects. Says it has no connection. Works over 4G. Never had issues with the previous version.
What a strange decision to ask customers in Brussels to change the app?! Till recently I thought it being the best mobile banking app even referring to it reviewing others. Doesn't look stable and customer caring approach.
