Review metrics over time to see whether you’re progressing, holding steady, or ready for a new regimen.

No account required — your workouts and logs are stored on your device first, so you can plan, train, log, and look back without signing in. Optional cloud backup lets you create an account to sync across devices and recover your data if you replace your phone.
