Ratings and reviews

actually awful, started advertising it at all tram stations and it's main function is literally taken from the official translink app. It literally Tells you to download the Translink app on first install in the planner option(it's main function). it's not user friendly for newer people, it just looks nice and has the "g:link" name attached to it. honestly just use the official translink app or google maps. There are definitely way better apps out there regardless. -local tram rider

Unusable app. Journey planner (which seems to be just the Web page loaded inside the app) does not bring up the keyboard when trying to enter text in the fields. This is on a Galaxy S21. Website via a browser is just as buggy, but at least usable.

Happy 10th Birthday G:link it's been a pleasure to travel on the tram over the past 10 years and looking forward to stage 3 opening in 2025 keep up the great work although I haven't used the app as much it still gives us all the information you need so once again A very happy 10th Birthday G link and continue go forward for another 10 years and beyond the only criticism is that the tram is becoming too popular because of the 50c fares it's hard to get a seat on the tram
