I had a really bad experience with customer service. They refused to refund me an accidental purchase. Somehow I was able to hit a button, a large amount for tips, without being prompted to put in a password as it normally does. Surely it's a bug and easily fixable. I had immediately emailed the support to refund me what's left in my virtual wallet (I bought coins) at the very least. Not even a "sorry for the inconvenience." . Nowadays, this type of customer service is unacceptable.

I love this app, only downside, I can't message people anymore. I also can't withdraw the tips I've made either. As for messaging, I use to be able to message others. I still get notified that I have messages but I can't find them or respond back at all, even if I click on the notification. I use to be able to but now that setting is gone. I have no idea how to get it back. Would rate 5 stars but one of main features of this app is missing completely from my account.

I've been making 18+ content on this app for years and I'm not able to view my own content. An "18+" message pops up reinstalled several times I mean several still having the same issue and support don't help at all "I don't see a problem on my end" is what I was told.
