The option to change the "difficulty" doesn't work. I would love an option to just choose the duration I'd prefer. I use 4-7-8 to relax before falling asleep but 1:16 isn't anywhere near enough time. The last thing I want to do while trying to relax is navigate through my watch to start the timer over.

Good app. Subscription based that is high cost, with limited features. Personally I believe the price is extremely unrealistic and expenssive. A one time payment would make more sense.

I like the app design and I like the exercises but the breathing level test does not work It just goes to a error page and 4.7.8 and vagus nerve exercises need to be adjustable as far as duration of time. Fix those things and my rating will go up.
