This company really helps it's customer, and is quick at responding to when contacting them! The New update removed temperature info information on screen, but i was told featureis still active, just visually removed for convenience sake, or so I was told,, thank you keep team for all you help !!!

App keeps shutting during setup. This started after April 11 update. Never completes the "finishing" step, even though Bluetooth and WiFi show as connected. They are communicating because I can tell it to open and close and it responds. Help is not very helpful.

If you get here cause the app keeps force closing when you try to interact with the device, I solved it by: 1. holding the power button one the back for ~15 seconds 2. Removing the device from the app 3. Forgetting the Bluetooth connection 4. Force close the app 5.
