Ratings and reviews

This app has been getting on nerves lately. On a frequent basis, the app is unable to fetch location and works on a really slow pace. Also if there are any updates, it should be informed rather than lagged performance shown in app. I was able to clock in after 20 minutes of Logging in and out, uninstalling and again installing the app, updating the app and nothing worked. Not even worth of the single star given.

We are very disappointed with the Keka HR app. We are facing numerous issues with it. Every minute of staff work is important, but this app performs very poorly in tracking it and has frequent bugs. For example, even though I worked 3 days for 9 hours each, it shows as unpaid leave. There are also many problems with punch-in and punch-out, and sometimes check-in and check-out entries move to “No Entry.” Additionally, we have received no response from Keka support. We do not recommend using this.

this app literally has so many bugs n hitches, how would an employee submit his expenses on time, where there are so many issues at the time of submission. it sucks, not recommended, Why are companies using this pathetic app. it is not helpful at all, even though it is consuming so much time.
