About this app

Stop chasing memory, paper notes, and chat messages to remember who owes you money.

PocketLedger is a simple app for tracking credit and payments — built for anyone who lends money, sells on credit, or keeps track of what customers owe: small shop owners, freelancers, landlords, or anyone tracking informal loans to friends and family.

What you can do:
- Add customers with a name and phone number
- Record credit given and payments received
- See each customer's balance, calculated automatically
- Send a payment reminder via WhatsApp or SMS, with the message pre-filled
- Generate a PDF summary, per customer or for everyone at once
- Export and import your entire ledger as a file, to keep wherever you want
- Currency is detected automatically, and can be changed manually
- Works fully offline — nothing requires an internet connection

No account, no sign-up, no login. Open the app and start tracking right away.

Free for up to 10 customers and 3 payment reminders a month. Premium removes that limit, removes ads, and unlocks PDF and file export.

Your credit book, now on your phone, always with you.
Track who owes you money. No account needed, works fully offline.

What’s new

New: your reminders can say who they are from. Add your business name in Settings and it appears at the end of every reminder you send, so a customer no longer gets a payment message from a number they do not recognise. It is optional, and free on both plans.

Fixed: the app could close during the first-run walkthrough if you tapped Next quickly.
Fixed: on smaller screens the last row in Settings and in the currency list sat under the navigation bar.
