Have had no issues with app at all but I wish there was a way to mark down someone else using your phone while driving. cause my kids will sometimes use my phone while I drive.also I have to say their customer service at kepmer is top notch! I e-mailed them with a time sensitive issue today and in less than 2 hours they had responded and resolved my issue without any further action on my end. I was worried when I emailed i would hear back in time but I did. they are amazing!

2 MAJOR & ONLY ISSUES I have with this app is if your phone screen is on/lit up in any way OR your passenger is using your phone at all, it counts negatively against your scores and counts it as phone usage while driving. so say you need to use your GPS and don't have a way to connect it to your car or something, it'll count against you &a if youre even using your handsfree easy to use I like that you can categorize which trips you were a driver for and other trips you weren't the driver for

I have no issues with this app, it's extremely easy to navigate.
