Does not work. Will not connect to phone/computer for more than 20 seconds therefore you can not adjust settings, transfer files, view videos, or do anything other than continuously reconnect, see the menu for a split second, and repeat. This app does not work for any intended features, it is a complete failure.

Playback is slow. Downloading a 1 minute video clip can take up to an hour. App often stops working and crashes after reviewing only a couple videos. Unfortunately this app is worthless for any practical uses if you need to pull up or share video in the field, like with the police for example. You're better off just carrying around a laptop with micro SD adapter in those cases. I have had the app for over a year now and it's always been this way. No dev support at all. Just buy a different brand

Where do I start? 🤔 Sigh... The app is terrible. And that's too bad, because I'm sure it would complement the EXPENSIVE FRONT AND REAR DASH CAM IT WAS MADE FOR....if it worked. 😕 Added: direct WiFi connection to mobile device is roughly 4MBps. At best. Downloading videos from camera to mobile device takes an extremely long time (i.e. a 5 min clip takes 3-5 minutes to download). And this is where you die inside: attempts to watch video on the mobile device, will crash the app. Every time.🤬
