I’m really disappointed with my experience using the Kenzz application. Their service is very poor — my orders were delayed multiple times without any proper updates or explanations. When I canceled a paid order, it took a very long time to get my refund, and I had to follow up several times to receive my money. The customer service team is not professional at all. They rarely respond promptly, and when they do, they don’t provide clear or helpful answers. It feels like there’s no real support

The worst purchase experience I’ve ever had. They are just a platform for sellers, and they have no control over them and can’t take any action. I don’t advise anyone to buy from them, especially electrical appliances. Don’t do what I did I bought a Toshiba freezer from them 18 days ago, and it had an issue that appeared five minutes after receiving it, and it still hasn’t been replaced because of the delays.

unprofessional app. Last week I ordered from them pack of milk and I payed wallet , I called them to know when will the order come they told me within 2 to 5 days but they can't tell me exactly the day , then I called them again , asking them about my order to hear the disaster " I am sorry but the shipment damaged your ordered so it is Cancelled!!" while on my application its shown on the way ! she asked me if I want to make the order again and I refused and they didn't refund my money back
