All my dealings with Kenzz so far are excellent. Everything I ordered came around the time they specified. orders were delivered in the way they exactly looked online. and their prices are OK not too cheap not too expensive but sometimes they have good bargains. wishing them successful continuity.

Very poor application, not honest, customer service are very aggressive, didn't send product as in app. Page, you can't retrieve any missed items, no replacement or exchange for wrong item sent by them. No control on product, material, payments, or customer service If you need to lose your money, you can purchase from Kenzz

The app is terrible! The product return process is very difficult and frustrating, and I tried multiple times to explain to customer service that the product wasn't what it appeared in the picture, but they weren't convinced, But luckily there was a girl I could get along with
