Amazing and smooth experience Not sure about all of the negative feedback, but first time ordering from Kenzz and i'm amazed by how fast the order was delivered, how professional the customer care team was and how polite the delivery courier was. I bought a samsung TV from them, I checked all other platforms ( amazon, jumia , noon..etc ) and with Kenzz it was the cheapest offer i could find. Within 2 days the Tv was delivered, packaged nicely and they prepared the tax invoice 2 days afterwards

I wrote that it was an excellent application with my first order, but after that, every order I place has a problem. I placed two orders, and both had problems.

The worst purchase experience I’ve ever had. They are just a platform for sellers, and they have no control over them and can’t take any action. I don’t advise anyone to buy from them, especially electrical appliances. Don’t do what I did I bought a Toshiba freezer from them 18 days ago, and it had an issue that appeared five minutes after receiving it, and it still hasn’t been replaced because of the delays.
