About this app

Kepla Dispatch is the companion app for field technicians using a
Kepla-powered service CRM. It gives you a fast, focused view of
your schedule — no dispatcher call required.

FEATURES

• Week and month views of your appointments, pulled live from
your company's system.
• "My Appointments" or "All" — see just your own schedule or the
whole team's, depending on what your dispatcher allows.
• Color-coded technicians in month view, so you can see at a
glance who's on the schedule and how busy each day is.
• Appointment details at a tap: company name, address, machine
or equipment info, notes, and everyone assigned to the job.
• Tap an address to open it directly in your maps app for
turn-by-turn directions.
• Secure sign-in with your existing CRM username and password,
including two-factor authentication if your company requires it.

HOW IT WORKS

Kepla Dispatch connects to your own company's Kepla CRM instance
— it is not a shared service. When you first open the app, you'll
enter your company's subdomain (for example, "acme") and then sign in
with the same credentials you use on the web.

This app is only useful if your company already uses a
Kepla-powered CRM with the mobile app enabled by an administrator.
It is not a standalone scheduling tool and does not work without
an active subscription.
