The official Kerala Police App is a digital initiative to give the common public easy access to all our services. More intuitive services will be soon added to this in short time.Our aim is to facilitate easier access to citizens to the services provided by the department.

The app & concept is excellent and services are included also good to have. But there are some issues have in this app. One is, when ever we click any button or portion, the responsiveness is lag and some color changes are also appearing in the screen. Another one is the UI its not much good looking. The starting logo and picture is pixcelate, try to add some sharp and HD logo in the app while opening.

The app is excellent with a lot of services at a single window. Good, but I am facing difficulty in making a payment for NIOC request. I logged in my mobile device as well as in my laptop. But after entering all data, it direct to e- Treasury site and then starts buffering for 9 minutes. I have been trying since yesterday morning, and I had forwarded a mail also regarding this issue. I hope the concerned IT team will rectify it soon so that many people can use this apps benefits.

It's a good app but there's too many bugs in it. When we open the app for the first time it get freezed on home for sometime and it takes too long time get the OTP for log in.(Not so smooth to use). Also for every action it takes too many time(loading). There's no option to track complaints and it's a most wanted feature. Also add seperate departments it will help to complaint to the appropriate department. So need a good update with this type of more features and less bug. Overall a usefull app
