About this app

Loyloop is a loyalty and rewards app designed for coworking spaces. It helps customers collect points, track their balances, and redeem them for real rewards like free drinks or free hours, according to each coworking space's system.

For customers, the app allows them to join participating coworking spaces, collect points from eligible visits and purchases, track their balance and transaction history, see points nearing expiration, redeem points for available rewards, generate a secure, temporary QR code for transactions, and rate the coworking space with stars.

For employees, Loyloop allows them to join a coworking space team after owner approval, scan temporary customer QR codes, add points based on visits or bill amounts, redeem rewards, and review recently authorized transactions.

For coworking space owners, the app provides tools to create and manage a coworking space, define point calculation rules, add, modify, and disable rewards, approve employees and manage their permissions, track point transactions and redemptions, and review reports and performance indicators.

Loyloop relies on separate permissions for each role, temporary QR codes, and verification procedures to protect user accounts and point and reward transactions. Each participating workspace determines the value of points, available rewards, redemption conditions, and point validity period. Loyloop points are not cash and cannot be withdrawn or transferred outside the loyalty program.

Using the app's features requires account creation and an internet connection.
