This app is terrible. The ring disconnected completely overnight. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to connect again. The sleep tracking is spotty. It doesn't automatically track my run. If I knew anything about the app before purchasing the ring, I never would have gone through with the purchase. And the company refuses to give refunds, so there are no options. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Excellent ring, consistent app I bought a budget ring to decide if I wanted a more expensive ring later. This ring has worked so well that I won't upgrade it. I have had it for a few months now. The app & ring have given me 0 issues. I was scared initially of all the bad reviews, but thankfully, there have been no problems. It's set to scan on the hour. I wash my hands frequently & leave it on. I never wash dishes, swim, or shower with it. Those times it charges. Try it. It may surprise you.

This app is terrible! It does not stay connected to my ring, and the info it provides is marginal. It sucks that you can't check out the app before you buy the ring because now I feel like I need to buy a ring from a different company to get an app that meets my needs and is comparable with features from other apps. I love the look of my ring, but this app leaves a lot to be desired. Disappointing.
