Horrible app & it NEVER WORKS!!! I bought this to track my steps as I don't like to wear watches. I would think that would be super simple but it's been a freaking headache. The worst app ever. I have to log in every time I want to see my numbers. The app disconnects from the ring every da where I have to uninstall & reinstall it & sometimes a few times before it even connects. The worst part is, for the app & the ring to sync, it HAS TO BE ON THE CHARGER, which I don't have with me all the time

Every night at midnight the units reset along with all the cards. So every morning you need to reset what cards you see and set the units. It's mostly accurate when checked with other devices. The step count is questionable. It doesn't measure sleep accurately if you work nights and sleep during the day. And there are no explanations on things it's measuring for HRV, readiness and stress level.

This is the 2nd of this type of cheap fitness ring that ive tried out. The ring is nice, fits well and ive washed my hands with it on, still works great. The issue i have with the app is that there is no way to see your step history. You can see this for heart rate, blood oxygen and exercise however. The other annoying issue is that they have a contact section to ask for help, but they never respond so its kinda useless. I also had to allow access in my router to make the app work. Kinda phishy
