This app is terrible! It does not stay connected to my ring, and the info it provides is marginal. It sucks that you can't check out the app before you buy the ring because now I feel like I need to buy a ring from a different company to get an app that meets my needs and is comparable with features from other apps. I love the look of my ring, but this app leaves a lot to be desired. Disappointing.

Works great. I've been wearing it for 3 days straight after the initial 60 min charge when opening box. Tracks sleep, I believe, is the best feature, SPO2, HR, & steps. My suggestion for the app is to add more choices for the Exercise Activity, for example, boxing and weight lifting

Terrible. The ring absolutely does not stay connected on its own. If you forget to pull up the app in the morning? Your sleep tracking will be messed up. Even if you do track it sometimes it thinks I'm sleeping until 10am for some reason, even after getting out of bed, eating breakfast and going to work. Forget to open the app after work and it won't have your heart rate for the day. randomly decided to add 100,000 steps to me for some reason one day as well. Return your ring instead.
