Very disappointing experience with KFC. I placed and paid for an order online, received confirmation, then a cancellation email claiming a refund was issued — but no refund was made. After multiple unanswered calls, unreturned promises to call back, emails, and delayed Instagram replies, it’s been over a week with no refund or resolution. Extremely poor customer service.

This your app is not worth using and should be scrapped. When I order KFC from bolt it doesn't take an hour to receive but noticed if you order from this app even after 4-5 hours u still wouldn't get your order. So poor in service Imagine ordering since 3pm and almost 7pm still haven't received my order so if the client was dying would have gone long time. What a shameful app DELETED
