This app is poorly engineered. I went to redeem an offer in the app and place an online order for pickup. I get all the way to the payment screen and the app crashed while trying to select payment method. What the app didn't say, was that it had taken my chosen payment method and charged it. Now when it crashed I immediately re-opened it. No indication that the order had gone through. By the time I got the e-mail and CC charge, there was a $16 charge and it was way too late to pickup the order.

Scrolling in the rewards menu sucks. Sometimes it just ever so slightly moves to the right or left and it changes which rewards menu tab is there and completely resets the tab I was on when I swipe back causing me to have to start scrolling from the top again and hope I don't do it again (spoiler, it does it again several times), even if I move it back before letting go of the screen.

Overall app is really easy to use and I've not had any major issues. The issues I've had as follows: 1) can't figure out how to add funds to app from a gift card 2) rewards screen is way too sensitive to left and right scrolling. While trying to go through the list I accidently slide a few mm to left or right and it switches. I don't think I swipe too crazy. Then when you go back to review reward options it goes straight back to the top of list again. 3) adding a manual visit is way too buried.
