Persistent issues that happen every time you use the app: When viewing the map, I think the nearest store is supposed to be selected, but the store details aren't displayed. No matter how many times you try to select the closest store, it won't work. You have to press an empty area of the map and THEN select your store. Trying to re-order my saved "favorites" crashes the app every time. After you pay it brings you back to the previous page. You have to wait 10 seconds and press pay again.

If they get any part of your order wrong, make sure you check it and take it into the store asap. If you discover an error later customer service will just tell you to go back to the store and request a replacement anyways. You can't get a refund, or even a coupon in the app. It almost defeats the whole purpose of mobile ordering especially if they frequently miss things in your order.

I would give this app 5 stars if it weren't for 1 incredibly annoying issue. When viewing the "All Rewards" list, and scrolling down to see what you can redeem, it's really easy to unintentionally scroll left to the "My Rewards" option, or right to the "Offers" option. It doesn't take much to trigger the app to go to the left or right list. Then, if you go back to the middle "All Rewards" list, it refreshes and puts you right back at the top of the list. This is incredibly annoying. Please fix.
