Another terrible food app. Do not bother. I filled all of the necessary requirements to redeem an offer. The app did not deduct the price from the item at checkout when I was at the final screen. One of the biggest benefits of using an app is the ability to order ahead. If I need to go to the restaurant in order to redeem the offer, it defeats the purpose. I am going somewhere else because I refuse to purchase from a company and app that does not honor offers and discounts.

Coupons on mobile orders do not work at all. When I tried to place an order with a coupon, I was charged for it, but I got an error and the order never went through. However, when I placed the exact same order without the coupon, it went through successfully. I'd be better off just walking to the restaurant myself than trying to do anything with this janky app.

There's no way of telling me the store that I usually go to is down. So when I'm making a quick order I assume it's still set to the location I have favorited. Instead it's set to a location far from me. Other apps give a warning before ordering or have the location darken to indicate that it's unavailable. Worst there's no way of cancelling the order even when the app says I have a few minutes to cancel. It's hard navigating the app to do so. this is the 2nd time and it's a huge inconvenience
