It worked great at least until the 23rd of Oct, then when I TRIED to use it on the 27th it crashed as soon as it was launched. Tried uninstall/reinstall and the same thing happened. Messaged Whataburger, called and the response email I got was to close the app and log in again... HOW am I supposed to do that if the app won't launch?! I described this to them on phone and in message, apparently escalations didn't actually READ the message. Now points in limbo and can't use them! Not happy!

Worked well for a couple of years:, but will not start since the last update. Looks like I've lost several thousand points since the app keeps stopping and the restaurant people are no help in rectifying the situation. Will try re-installing to see if I can regain access to my earned points, otherwise app is useless.

App has worked fine for me in the past, but it is currently broken. It auto-closes before it even fully opens and this happens so quickly my phone pops up a notification saying "Whataburger keeps stopping" with an "app info" and a "close app" option. Until this is fixed, the app is totally useless.
