The app has errors everywhere. From the menu to the purchase. I can't go backwards after I select an item resulting in restarting the whole app. The purchase system is not working well too. When I placed an order for pick up there were no confirmation of an order sent to my email nor added to my KFC account but the money was taken off. Thinking that they got the order in the place. But it was false and was promised by staff that the money will be sent back in 5 days. It's been 3 weeks and nothin

Bad, very bad app. Just errors a lot when trying to add stuff to your order and you have to start all over again. You'd think that for a multinational like KFC it shouldn't be too hard to make a functional app. 1 redeeming quality is that you can place and pay at home and only have to click the button when you're on site and they start preparing it.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Placed an order and my money was debited from my account. Went to the store to fetch my order and they say they did not receive it. It's now 4 weeks later and I did not get my food nor my money back!!!
