Seems nice, I mean the menu or the foods. The app: Easy to use, but the app is responding slow sometimes, espc. during the checkout phase. I hope this will not cause us trouble like for example; double orders.

The app is helpful, but it would be even better if we could choose which KFC store to order from. Currently, the app automatically selects the nearest store, so if that branch is closed or under renovation, delivery isn't possible. It would be great if you could open access to other nearby stores and allow users to choose their preferred location.

The recent update, S_CKS! Using cel # to sign in doesn't work! You don't get an OTP after you plugged in your number... The previous version was user friendly... Hayst... like an old adage says, "IF IT ISN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!" Why is it that KFC Philippines couldn't get their mobile app to work correctly? You're losing money on this inefficiency and failure! Disappointing but I still order KFC thru other venue. Please fix....
