i can't sign in my account, i already ordered but i couldn't track my order because of that. the app is lagging most of the time, it makes it harder for me to order and track my orders. there's also no chat support. worst delivery app.

it's so disappointing that you're not able to choose the branch to order from. You can't even file a complaint through the app for missing items from the order. I wish they add customer support through the app

it won't let me sign in, i ordered as a guest. paid online and now the confirmation page is not loading. i have no idea now if my order went through but the payment has already been debited from my account 🥴 i went back to the app and it's not showing me anything now about my previous order. 🤦🏻
