i can't sign in my account, i already ordered but i couldn't track my order because of that. the app is lagging most of the time, it makes it harder for me to order and track my orders. there's also no chat support. worst delivery app.

it's so disappointing that you're not able to choose the branch to order from. You can't even file a complaint through the app for missing items from the order. I wish they add customer support through the app

if there's a zero star, I will choose it. Worst delivery app ever. Total failure! No method of tracking your order, no chat support, no progress in delivery for 2 hours! What a shame!
