it's so disappointing that you're not able to choose the branch to order from. You can't even file a complaint through the app for missing items from the order. I wish they add customer support through the app

Update: They immediately processed the refund, which I much appreciate. Thank you Extremely frustrated. The app logged me out immediately after I submitted my payment, and now my order isn't showing as processed. Please fix this bug and verify my transaction.

The app keeps crashing and loops you in your last order status. The map pin is unreliable and even if I place a note on my actual it gets ignored.
