You may encounter issues when ordering through this app. Because delivery addresses are manually entered into third-party courier systems, they are prone to error. Additionally, orders placed at night may face significant delays due to a shortage of available third-party riders.

Entering your exact address using their in-app map has to be the most frustrating experience. It doesn't let me. And you can't order anything until you do. but the user interface used to enter your address has to be the most un-user friendly method that i consider myself tech-savvy but still couldn't figure out how to enter my address on it. Suffice to say, I couldn't make any orders. It's almost as if the makers of the app didn't want you to use it.

app frequently experiences bugs / technical difficulties when ordering, but other than that, its able to perform its function as a delivery app.
