Update: They immediately processed the refund, which I much appreciate. Thank you Extremely frustrated. The app logged me out immediately after I submitted my payment, and now my order isn't showing as processed. Please fix this bug and verify my transaction.

first order was ok but ordering for the second time opening the menu keeps showing the past order instead of the menu. keeps on repeating even after restarting the app.

ordered and paid using my debit card. they deducted the full price and no food arrived. now trying to request a refund and still on processing. they said it may take some days to have my refund.
