Got decent signal but can't sign in. Every single click it tries to load. Whenever it loads it loses my order. There are workarounds but still a hassle to use. I would've expected KFC to be able to create a decently working application but this isn't working at all. I got an order working after a while but now it won't complete and it's permanently on-going at the top of the app even months later and only went away after I cleared all cache and data from the app. Also they got the order wrong.

better fix your branches phone lines or mobile phone lines because I've been calling for almost 3 hrs and still can't be reach! i want to complain about my mothers order but i can't process it because your lines are always can't be reached. what is this you can call us when confirming order but we can't call you if there's a problem with the order contents ? So how's my money's worth then i paid for the large item and you gave a small item which I've already paid for a large one like a scam.

I tried to order multiple times but it kept failing on authenticating my card. Tried for dozens of times. The display is the same as the online website and it's not that convenient when it can't even function properly.
