I raised a refund request on KheloMore 2 weeks ago, but I have still not received any response. I have also raised a support ticket, but there has been no update on that either. I tried calling customer support 3–4 times, but no one answered the calls. Very poor customer service and extremely disappointing experience. It’s frustrating that even after so many days, my refund has not been processed. Please take this seriously and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

This app really makes it easy to do sports venue bookings. I use it for turf cricket and pickleball. The apps works really well and helps u to book quickly. They also give rewards to people who book regularly like khelomore credits and sports equipment etc. On some venues there is discount code also available. so over all a great app!!
