AWESOME GAME! As obvious, you will make engagement plans, and no it's not turn based, it's up to you whether you pause for commands or command while the firefight is going on! To the devs: Thanks for a great game! But also please consider a rotate screen option, I dunno why would an app don't have that, it's hard to play with earphones on and the jack collides with the palm, goodluck devs!
Loving it. The classes have all been worthwhile, the maps offer enough variation, and the load out customization is good. Reasonably challenging as well. All in all it's good. Only thing it lags behind in is controls. It can be difficult to manage individual operators once you have multiple paths close to each other. Simple fix would seem to be requiring you click on the operator first so that the controls lock in on him until you change to the next one. That and for some reason I can't capitalize letters when I rename things. Minor things that don't drag down the game in my eyes.
I am quite enjoying the game though I have a problem with it. Sometimes my sqaud level will reset and I have to work up to where I was again. I am not sure if this is a glitch or not
Amazing game a couple of suggestions Have a dog class which can hold a enemy for a certain time Have a commander who can call in AI troopers who have lower health and intelligence Have more maps from campaign Other than that it is a amazing game
I gave it a 4 because I do like it and enjoy playing. The controls could be better, while you have extensive options with the movement of each team member the control of actually moving from point a to point b leaves a little too be desired. For the type of game the graphics are ok but could be improved, made more like Arma Tactics
I've been meaning to play this game for a while but finally picked it up about a month ago. Though the controls can sometimes be tricky and a bit frustrating (a way to lock in the directions given to a trooper so you can't accidentally delete them when trying to interact with other parts of the interface would be nice), the core gameplay is flawlessly designed. Successfully executing a mission based on a single, well-considered plan is incredibly satisfying. On top of that you have a slick interface, graphics polished to a shine, an awesome post-industrial soundtrack, a rewarding leveling system, tons of missions, plenty of variety in objectives, and mission achievements that encourage perfectionism. I wish the Android version allowed you to download user-generated maps, but I guess this is to account for the $16 price difference between the PC and Android versions. Otherwise, the Android version works great both as a pick-up-and-play timekiller and as a high-caliber strategy game-- strategy aficionados should well know how rare it is to find both in one package. Anytime I'm waiting for something, I whip out my phone and play a couple missions. This is overall a gem of a game, one of the Android's best strategy titles and more than worth its meager price tag. I'd recommend it to anybody who enjoys strategy games, has an interest in squad tactics, or just wants a fun and affordable timekiller.
Fixed several crashes and back-compatibility issues.
