Had problems with this app several months ago with "connectivity" issues and, in general, the inability to reset my account to get into it to scan my test strips. After reinstalling, recently, I have full functionality. So, either the app was fixed or it's luck, but for now, it's working well. Bumped the 1-star to 3, for that fact, but still maintaining an average rating for the constant recommendations on treatments. Wish I could just simply track my results without all the fluff.

Love this. We found the strips for our pool and tried out the app, now I cannot stop using. Only a couple things I think should be fixed. There should be a history to keep past logs. I love that there is different ways to test the water, but you cannot choose in between two numbers so you have to go higher or lower than you would like to. The last thing is that it is hard to tell what it says outside. It tells you how much to put in the pool and you can add products you need to your Walmart cart

The scanner is a joke. Most of the time the scanner will not work. My phone is fine but the scanning process will not be done and after a while I will be asked to rescan again. I am asked to center the strip and I do. But the green frame will not come up. You do have a lot of room to improve your software . update: one year later and the the program still does not work. "rescan" is the feedback i get. it is amasing for what kind of substandard people get paid. unbelievable.
