Ratings and reviews

The design is good but that's it. Something I found really funny is why would people want to pay or watch an Ad to contribute to your database? People can simply move on to another app like Fable. 😂 Also something that annoyed me — I watched the long Ad to gain a search, registered a book and when I searched it again it's not giving any search results. Cheap tactics. 👎

Terrible support experience and claiming I dont have a subscription when I do. Their support page is all in another language and is a public post, not a private contact. No way to restore my current subscription. Edit: Ended up resubscribing. Now today I open the app and its just stuck on the splash screen. I'm done. Canceling and deleting.

amazing app! but there's some bugs you need to sort out. Few days ago the app crashed and i couldnt open it anymore, so i had to uninstall and redownload. Thankfully, it worked after but for some reason i can't add in any songs in my record. Please check, I'm a very new user and I already really like the app!
