Having undergone her own fitness transformation, Kim developed a passion to help others recognise their own potential, get strong and feel more confident. The app is carefully designed to help you succeed whether you train at home or in the gym, with a range of customisable workout plans, tailored nutrition and progress tracking capabilities. The app is made with YOU in mind. Use the ’swap’ feature and choose a suggested alternative exercise to target the same working muscles. We understand that you may need an easier exercise, different equipment in a busy gym or lower impact exercises for injuries. Even the gym plans can be modified for home use using the alternative exercises provided. The app really is customisable to your preferences.

Enjoy tasty and nutritious recipes without any restrictive diets or reduced portion sizes. Use our automatically generated meal planner or create your own meal plans suitable for all dietary types (including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and food allergies). Our colourful recipe library will guide you through the method to cook delicious meals to support your training, along with a handy shopping list feature to make your life that little bit easier. Add your own custom meals/snacks to your daily meal plan to correctly track your calorie and macro allowance for each day.

Take out the guesswork and let us guide you. Your calorie and macronutrient targets will be automatically calculated for you based on your personal information and fitness goals. Choose from 100s of our in-app recipes and see your day at a glance with the clearly displayed data targets.

Fantastic app! I'm actually staying on track. The workouts rock. Simple, but not boring. Efficient. I get a heart-thumping workout done in about an hour. Love the menu! Real food, stuff I eat routinely. Weekly plans are super easy to set up. I had trouble at first, but Kim responded quickly when I filed a ticket and now it works perfectly. I used the auto-generate function and just swap out meals if I don't like what's been chosen for me. This app is marvelous. Totally worth the cost.

I love this app. It makes it easy to track workouts and follow a set plan. I used to use spreadsheets so I appreciate being able to put all my data into an app like this and reference it when I need to. The app keeps getting better with every update. My only issue, unless I'm missing something, is there is no way to set your default to pounds instead of kilograms, so I have to remember to do it for my first set of every workout. I haven't always remembered which led to inaccurate data.

Update: My settings don't revert back to original. And I eventually able to purchase a plan. Love this app! I feel comfomfortable at the gym! Can we get the option to save some fav exercises to add to personal workout. Personal preferences: I would rather perfect the ones I like then dread the ones I don't and feel so unmotivated. Also if you can tell me which exercises targets what area so I can be more informed. "Engage my lats"- I need anatomy lesson to figure out what they are 🤣

Hi Madison. Thanks for the review & feedback. The swapped exercise is going to be changed soon so that it doesn't revert back to the original. You don't have to go back to re-read the instructions, there is an 'i' button at the top right of the screen that displays the info too. You can change your subscription in your phone settings.
