The levels get incredibly difficult, which I generally don't mind, except this game ramps up the difficulty to such an extreme that it makes me wonder whether it is playable without power ups. Important: Unlike other games I've played, if you uninstall this game and then reinstall, you lose all your progress unless you sign up with email or Facebook.

Everything disappeared from home screen. Support is not helpful. I would just like my team back. Every response from support for 4 months: Please remember that special events like these are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently. To help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio tweaks and introduces new features every so often. As such, they need to thoroughly check these during gameplay, so these special features may appear or disappear (friends?)

Too many pop up tutorials and random reminders!! I recently upgraded my phone and added my profile to continue my progress. While my level is accurate, EVERY time I login I'm treated as though it's my first time ever logging into the game. It takes 3 mins to get thru all the extra before you ever get to actually play 😬. I got thru them all, got a phone call, so it closed, came back and they legit started over! PLEASE fix this.. We know how to play and what the buttons are.. Just let us play..
