Ratings and reviews

This product does not work with the app. It is displaying an error code of a communication error. I have installed and uninstalled this app numerous times. I have entered workout plans. I know that the app and the machine are paired as when I click on go, it counts down and it flashes the error code. It's time to send this product back. Please do not waste your time or money on this product.

This app has been updated - now it never connects first time to the treadmill, Will lose ata randomly, and will call a distance "too short to record" randomly. The sole actual feature of the app is that it collates the data it doesn't lose or deliberately destroy. And it requires a separate login to use, information of which it shares without persmission on its new "leaderboard" functionality

Lately it loses data. I walked 10 minutes in the morning and it isn't in my stats, all I see is the 30 minutes I did this afternoon. I also don't understand why it's so bad about storing the login data and I have to put in user and password info frequently. The good thing with the update is it remembers my device so I don't have to select it each time.
